About the Role

In Technical Onboarding, you will guide practices and hospitals in the introduction of our products, ensuring they can work seamlessly with Doctolib from day one. You will support complex IT cases and implement additional products like the AI-based telephone assistant and our appointment management solution alongside our practice software. You will grow into new topics with your solid foundation and motivation.

Responsibilities

Ensure patient and appointment data is migrated securely and cleanly from old practice systems into our software, bringing order to data chaos and making the transition as smooth as possible for practices.
Proactively communicate with practices on technical matters via phone or email, verifying everything is correct before launch and accompanying practices throughout the entire onboarding process.
Serve as the in-house expert for Sales, Deployment, and other teams, providing answers for system configurations, API integrations, and complex onboarding cases.
Integrate our all-in-one software into existing practice management systems and set up interfaces to ensure seamless interoperability.
Develop training materials, automate processes, and contribute to the Innovation Lab, looking beyond the obvious and driving real improvements.

Requirements

Proficiency in Excel or similar tools, with at least initial exposure to SQL or Regular Expressions for data manipulation.
Secure communication skills in German (standard, Bavarian, or Berlin dialect) and English.
Solid understanding of technical basics including APIs, IT infrastructures, networks, and VPNs.
Strong communication skills, able to find the right words with clients over the phone or in online meetings, even when dealing with technical topics.
Detail-oriented and curious about new topics, particularly in health technology and digital processes.

Salary/Compensations

€44,000-€48,000 gross/year (including 10% bonus)
