About the Role
The EMEA People & Experience team is seeking a People and Experience (PET) Associate in London to manage administrative tasks, serve as an experience ambassador, and provide efficient responses to employee queries, all while maintaining a high-touch, empathetic approach.
Responsibilities
- Handle PET administrative tasks with 100% database accuracy within systems like HiBob, Moore Payroll, and ClickUp.
- Manage all employee paperwork, including contracts, reference letters, promotion letters, and leaver letters.
- Act as an experience ambassador for the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
- Provide prompt and efficient responses to day-to-day, first-line people queries from employees.
- Serve as a data champion by pulling reports for the People team and managers, assessing themes and insights.
- Support the People Operations team with systems and administrative tasks.
- Partner with the Finance team to prepare monthly payroll inputs and process PET-related invoices.
- Provide administrative support for employee relations issues, including note-taking and letter drafting.
- Create and own reports for tracking absence and holidays.
Requirements

- Prior work experience in a media/creative agency or a start-up (internships included) is a plus but not required.
- Proficient in G-Suite (Gmail, Calendars, Shared Drive, Docs, Sheets, etc.) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
