About the Role
AirHelp is a global travel tech company seeking a copywriter who treats copy as a growth lever. You will own content that touches every part of the funnel across 35 markets, working with marketing, CRM, product, and design teams to drive measurable revenue.
Responsibilities
- Own high-converting copy across the full customer journey, including landing pages, CRM flows, ad campaigns, video scripts, SEO content, case studies, and in-app messaging.
- Transform dense, technical, legal, and financial product features into clear copy that accelerates decisions.
- Build and operate a repeatable content experimentation system using A/B tests, heatmaps, and analytics.
- Partner with CRM and B2B teams to localize and scale messaging across 35 markets.
- Integrate AI into the daily workflow for ideation, quality control, and staying ahead of content trends.
- Participate in workshops and critique sessions, defending choices, accepting feedback, and pushing collaborators to improve.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years in a content role, ideally at a tech startup/scaleup or fast-moving product company.
- Proven experience taking a content project from inception to measurable revenue impact.
- Experience transforming complex products (legal, financial, technical) into actionable copy.
- Ability to treat feedback as fuel and push back on briefs that do not hold up.
- Project ownership mentality, proactively identifying and executing tests.
