About the Role
The Market Coordinator will ensure the health and expansion of Airbnb's supply in Europe, supporting the regional team in project execution and partner assistance. This role involves reactive account management, onboarding and optimizing hotel accounts, and deploying scale tactics for Tier 3 accounts.
Responsibilities
- Build, manage and expand partner relationships in Tier 3 markets.
- Provide white-glove support to Tier 1 accounts with content updates and troubleshooting.
- Assist Market Managers in onboarding Hotel Partners on Airbnb.
- Process KYC with hotel partners.
- Respond to hotel inquiries and provide timely, high-quality support.
- Implement strategies to manage and optimize the long tail of thousands of Hotels.
- Educate clients on product updates and cascade feedback to internal stakeholders.
- Leverage data to identify and pursue strategic growth opportunities.
- Develop and implement unique engagement projects using an entrepreneurial approach.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in account management or partner support.
- Personal assistants or background in hotel operations are encouraged to apply.
- 2+ years of hospitality/travel industry experience (nice to have).
- Strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
- Proven experience working a book of business, driving engagement and growth through proactive account management.
- Highly goal-driven, with a strong bias for action and persistence.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, particularly with leads and opportunities.
- Salesforce experience is a plus.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Additional languages are a strong plus.
