This Floor Manager position is a development opportunity within a busy, established neighbourhood bar and dining room. The role is central to enhancing the guest experience and building the capability of the front-of-house team.
Responsibilities
- Lead the floor through service, setting the pace and maintaining standards.
- Run clear, motivating, and relevant shift briefings.

Requirements
- Experience in a management role within a quality restaurant or bar.
- Previous responsibility for a floor and a team.
- Ability to communicate effectively and adapt approach to different situations.

- Composure under pressure and good instincts for service redirection.
