About the Role

Coordinate and lead complex projects in a dynamic and international environment. Lead business-critical and strategic product development projects from initiation to market release, ensuring adherence to project plans (quality, schedule, and costs). Ensure achievement of quantitative and qualitative project goals throughout the product development process.

Responsibilities

  • Lead business-critical and strategic product development projects from initiation to market release, ensuring adherence to project plans (quality, schedule, and costs).
  • Ensure achievement of quantitative and qualitative project goals throughout the product development process.
  • Define and ensure adherence to required competencies and resources, and lead high-performing, interdisciplinary project teams.
  • Plan and organize all project-relevant work packages and tasks, coordinating internally and externally.
  • Manage projects organizationally and technically, including risk, stakeholder, cost, communication, and change management.
  • Utilize existing project management and process standards and continuously develop them.
  • Collaborate closely with management, involved departments, and customers, ensuring efficient information flow.

Requirements

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in an engineering or business administration field.
  • Passion for high-tech products with high complexity.
  • Minimum of 10 years of professional experience as a Project Manager, preferably in product development.
  • Expertise in project management with excellent knowledge of modern project management tools and their application.
  • Ability to successfully lead project teams from different disciplines in a dynamic environment.
  • High level of assertiveness, implementation orientation, communication skills, and proactive problem-solving.
  • Very good analytical skills and a systematic, goal-oriented approach to work.
  • Good to very good English language skills.
