About the Role

As a Manager, you will strategically advise and practically implement IAM and PAM solutions. You will shape future technologies like Self-Sovereign Identity and AI-based security solutions, developing customized security concepts. You will master the orchestration of complex stakeholder landscapes and the development of innovative business models in the IAM environment. You will drive our corporate strategy and the development of junior talent.

Responsibilities

  • Strategically advise and practically implement IAM and PAM solutions.
  • Shape future technologies like Self-Sovereign Identity and AI-based security solutions.
  • Develop customized security concepts.
  • Master the orchestration of complex stakeholder landscapes.
  • Develop innovative business models in the IAM environment.
  • Drive corporate strategy and the development of junior talent.

Requirements

  • Completed studies in business administration or a comparable field.
  • 5 years of experience in designing system architectures and creating technical concepts based on technologies or regulatory requirements.
  • Initial experience in leading and organizing (sub-)projects.
  • Proven technical expertise in IAM/PAM solutions (e.g., SailPoint, CyberArk, ForgeRock, and Okta).
  • Fluent German and English (written and spoken).
