About the Role
This role plays a critical part in the HR and Reward function, ensuring the seamless delivery of senior-level reward, governance, and executive support processes. You will bring structure to complexity, drive governance excellence, and ensure key decisions, approvals, and documentation are delivered accurately, compliantly, and on time.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end preparation and coordination of senior hire offer letters, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with reward frameworks.
- Partner with Reward, Legal, and HR teams to reflect agreed compensation, incentive, and equity arrangements.
- Coordinate amendments, revisions, and reissues with precision and discretion.
- Prepare and coordinate settlement agreements for senior employees, ensuring governance and compliance requirements are met.
- Manage the timely processing of settlement arrangements through Payroll and Equity teams.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the process.
- Produce high-quality RemCo papers, briefing documents, schedules, and data packs.
- Coordinate contributions from multiple stakeholders and ensure submissions are complete and delivered to deadlines.
- Track decisions, approvals, and actions arising from meetings, ensuring effective follow-through.
- Develop and maintain reporting for the Equity & Reward Director and Chief HR Officer, providing clear visibility of progress, risks, and key milestones.
- Maintain data integrity across reward and people data.
- Produce insightful analysis and reporting for senior stakeholders.
- Respond to ad hoc requests with clear, concise, and well-structured outputs.
- Manage end-to-end approval processes across reward and executive matters.
- Ensure appropriate sign-offs are secured and documented.
- Maintain robust audit trails, version control, and governance standards.
- Proactively drive actions to completion, keeping stakeholders aligned and informed.
Requirements
- Proven experience supporting senior stakeholders within HR, Reward, Governance, Executive Support, or related functions.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to spot inconsistencies, risks, and errors before they become issues.
- Experience preparing high-quality documentation for senior leaders, committees, or boards.
- Confident managing approvals, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring actions are delivered.
- Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
- Experience supporting Remuneration Committees or executive governance processes.
- Exposure to executive reward, equity, bonus, or incentive arrangements.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Takes pride in producing polished, accurate, and professional outputs.
- Enjoys bringing order, structure, and clarity to complex situations.
- Builds trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
