About the Role

CrowdStrike is seeking a Renewals Account Manager to partner with assigned Corporate Account Managers, Channel Partners, and Customers to retain and expand customer revenue. This role involves producing and presenting compelling customer proposals, ensuring timely contract renewals and accurate quoting. The Renewals Account Manager will collaborate with Sales, Business Value Consultants, and others to support pricing uplifts, position new module upsells, and ensure entitlement aligns with actual usage.

Responsibilities

  • Work with Sales Operations/Finance/Deal Desk to validate ACV categories and account ARR in Salesforce.com, escalating complex scenarios.
  • Research customer license purchase and renewal history to make recommendations.
  • Gather requirements from Sales/Partners/Customer for renewal, expansion, and upsell opportunities, understanding co-term/true-up calculations and quoting.
  • Serve as a trusted resource for Sales regarding Sales Process and CrowdStrike's Pricing & Packaging policies.
  • Build proposals, price, and discount the product portfolio.
  • Calculate and validate complex quoting scenarios including multidate co-terms, staggered deployments, and module/feature upgrades with product dependencies, securing necessary internal approvals.
  • Assist with qualifying the decision maker, buying process, budget, and timeframe.
  • Deliver validated renewal quotes to Partner/Customers 90-120 days in advance of expiration.
  • Consult existing customers to provide feedback to Product teams on new feature requests and product enhancements.
  • Provide high-touch customer service, including escalation and coordination of support issues.
  • Mitigate churn risk by protecting ARR and avoiding surprises, identifying at-risk renewals, and creating Call to Action with the appropriate account team.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Renewals, Sales Operations, Account Management, or Customer Success.
  • Relevant industry experience: High Tech, SaaS, Cybersecurity preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or relevant experience.
  • Previous experience managing SaaS Subscription renewals process ideal.
  • Proficient with MS Excel; Advanced formulas, prior work with large data sets, connectors & pivot tables highly preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and/or Salesforce CPQ (SteelBrick).
  • SFDC Report building and Opportunity/Contract management experience.
  • Experience managing forecasts in Clari preferred but not required.
  • Ability to balance a wide variety of daily tasks and adjust priorities on the fly in a fast-paced environment over multiple engagements.
  • Tech savvy and excited to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills demonstrated through email, conference calls, presentations, and internal meetings.
  • Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
  • Extreme attention to detail and highly organized.
  • Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.
