About the Role

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain server operating systems (Windows/Linux/VMWare).
• Deploy, configure, manage, and troubleshoot Active Directory, Exchange Server & Exchange Online, VMware ESXi, SAN Storage & Backup.
• Perform routine system administration duties.
• Monitor servers and troubleshoot issues.
• Provide additional support for backup and storage functions.
• Document all processes.
• Recommend solutions, ensure IT issue resolution, and maintain work records.
• Provide technical support across the company, including Singapore, regional offices, and retail stores.
• Provide technical support to server and network infrastructure and perform regular upgrades.
• Troubleshoot system failures or bugs and restore functionality.
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar field.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
• Experience in configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting systems.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Possesses analytical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
