About the Role

Drive core products that power customer delivery promises on the Coupang app while maximizing the end-to-end efficiency of our fulfillment and transportation network. Own the product strategy and execution for end-to-end serviceability, inventory and promise calculation engines, and network configuration platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product roadmap for the Promise & Transportation Network platform.
• Drive end-to-end serviceability logic across all logistics nodes.
• Own the development and continuous optimization of inventory and promise engines.
• Design and build next-generation network configuration and change management platforms.
• Partner closely with Engineering, Data Science, SCM, and Fulfillment & Logistics Operations teams.
• Work with customer-facing product teams to seamlessly integrate promise logic into the Coupang shopping experience.
• Define key metrics and tracking for Inventory & Promise Accuracy, Network Cutoff Compliance, and Network Change SLA.
• Leverage deep data analytics and operational telemetry to identify bottlenecks, reduce system latency, and drive continuous platform optimization.

Requirements

• 7+ years of dedicated Product Management experience in high-scale tech platforms, e-commerce, logistics tech, SCM, or complex distributed systems.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain concepts, including fulfillment node management, transportation network routing, inventory assignment, or serviceability logic.
• Proven track record of owning backend systems, microservice architectures, high-throughput calculation engines, or enterprise configuration platforms.
• Exceptional analytical skills with hands-on proficiency in SQL and data analytics.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to bridge the gap between technical engineering teams, data scientists, and business/operations stakeholders.
