About the Role

As Founder’s Associate Intern for our Product Development Team, you will work closely with our VP of Engineering and Founder & CEO to support their productivity. You will gain unique insights into a fast-growing European startup by developing department reporting, conducting analyses, and preparing/hosting meetings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare business-critical presentations for our Founder and VPs addressing the team or external stakeholders.
• Set-up, maintain, and enhance recurring analyses to give the Executive Team strong visibility into the state of our business.
• Build and maintain lightweight internal AI tools and automations with Claude to cut down manual reporting and ops work.
• Use Claude to accelerate analyses, research, and drafting: turning raw data into board-ready narratives, decks, and recurring reports.
• Collaborate with our VPs on project management, direction setting, staffing modeling, and reporting.
• Run ad-hoc analyses and research.
• Establish processes and best practices to help our organization mature.
• Support company events.

Requirements

• Worked in fast-paced environments (e.g., top-tier management consulting, private equity, investment banking, venture capital, or high-growth startups).
• Minimum of 3 months commitment, 6 months preferred.
• Excellent English writing and conversational skills.

Skills

• Figma/PPT and Excel skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Experience with analytics tools like Looker Studio.
• Highly structured approach to problem-solving.
• Comfortable with AI tools (Claude, etc.).
• High sense of integrity and responsibility.
