About the Role

Gigs for Work is Gigs' enterprise offering, focused on providing businesses with world-class connectivity for their employees. This role is responsible for the commercial success of enterprise accounts, ensuring successful launches, rapid growth, and long-term retention. It's a high-ownership, relationship-driven position at the intersection of commercial, product, and operations, managing a portfolio of enterprise accounts from launch through expansion and renewal.

Responsibilities

  • Own the number: Drive Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) across the GfW account portfolio.
  • Proactively identify expansion opportunities, including new employee cohorts, geographies, and use cases.
  • Confidently manage renewal conversations and know when to escalate or close independently.
  • Track and manage account adoption rates, seat growth, and health signals to proactively address potential issues.
  • Define and maintain standards for healthy GfW accounts across the portfolio.
  • Maintain executive-level relationships (VP IT, CIO, CTO, CPO, Head of Procurement) and operational contacts.
  • Conduct strategic business reviews that are more than transactional.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise stakeholders.
  • Become an expert in the GfW product and its performance tracking.
  • Gather feedback on feature gaps, deployment friction, and new use cases from accounts.
  • Provide commercial context and specificity to the product team regarding account feedback.
  • Contribute to shaping the future development of GfW.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years in enterprise account management, strategic partnerships, or customer success, ideally in B2B SaaS, HR tech, managed mobility, or enterprise connectivity.
  • Demonstrated experience holding personal NRR, ARR, or renewal targets.
  • Comfortable managing relationships with multiple senior buyers across different functions in large organizations (HR, IT, Procurement, Finance, C-suite).
  • Sufficient technical understanding of enterprise connectivity deployments to build credibility with IT and procurement buyers.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and structure external communications, including executive updates and business reviews.
  • An AI-native working style, defaulting to AI for account research, preparation, reporting, and communications.
  • Comfortable operating without a pre-defined playbook and building infrastructure as needed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Genuine curiosity about the product and how it works, beyond its basic functions.
