Responsibilities
- Support vehicle commissioning in the rail sector and ensure smooth customer operations.
- Perform functional checks and tests on rail vehicles and their electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.
- Assist in analyzing faults using circuit diagrams and functional plans, and participate in troubleshooting.
- Collaborate closely with planning, engineering, production, quality, and logistics departments.
- Support acceptance procedures and the creation/maintenance of protocols, documentation, and error lists.
- Ensure compliance with safety and EHS regulations and work under demanding conditions (e.g., confined spaces, heights, outdoor work).
Requirements
- Completed training in electrical engineering, a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, or a comparable qualification.
- Ideally, initial practical experience gained through internships, working student positions, or technical training projects.
- Proficient in handling technical drawings, circuit diagrams, or documentation, or motivated to quickly learn.
- Interest in electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems and their interaction.
- Structured, eager to learn, and team-oriented.
- Open to shift work.
- Good German language skills.
