About the Role

As a Service Technician (m/f/d) for security technology, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of security systems such as intrusion detection systems (EMA), fire alarm systems (BMA), access control systems (ZUKO), and video surveillance systems (VÜA) at customer sites. You will work independently, service-orientedly, and in close coordination with project management, technical departments, and sales.

Responsibilities

Maintenance and upkeep of modern security technology systems (EMA, BMA, ZUKO, VÜA)
Fault analysis and troubleshooting of technical problems
Conducting regular inspections and function tests
Documenting service calls via tablet or laptop
Advising customers on technical issues in collaboration with sales
Participating in briefings and regular exchange with project management

Requirements

Completed electrical engineering apprenticeship (e.g., Electronics Technician, Electrical Installer)
Demonstrable professional experience in at least one of the trades: EMA, BMA, ZUKO, or VÜA
Driver's license class B
German language skills at least at B2 level
Independent, structured way of working
Strong service and customer orientation
