About the Role
As a working student in Project Support with a focus on digitalization and process automation, you will analyze existing processes, develop automation solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform, and support the rollout and maintenance of new solutions. This role is crucial for advancing the company's digital transformation and improving efficiency within the Project Support Office.
Responsibilities
- Analyze existing processes and requirements in the Project Support Office and identify suitable automation potentials.
- Develop, test, and implement automation solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform (e.g., Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps, or similar).
- Accompany the rollout of new solutions and ensure their successful introduction.
- Document developed automation and digitalization solutions comprehensibly and user-friendly.
- Maintain existing automation solutions, act as a point of contact for questions or disruptions, and support troubleshooting.
- Continuously optimize existing applications and processes to sustainably increase efficiency and user-friendliness.
- Regularly coordinate with the Workstream Lead of the Project Support Office and support the implementation of new digitalization and automation initiatives.
Requirements
- Enrolled student in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable field of study.
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working.
- Enjoy analyzing requirements and identifying potentials for process automation.
- Good analytical thinking skills and ability to quickly learn new subject areas.
- Confident communication with various stakeholders and enjoyment of teamwork.
- Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken.
