About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated professional to build our gastronomic social enterprise as part of the "Soziale Betriebe 3.0" program. This role involves providing professional instruction and socio-pedagogical support in full-time employment (39.4 hours/week), starting September 1, 2026. In our "ReTaste - Good from yesterday for today and tomorrow" enterprise, we support up to ten formerly long-term unemployed individuals, particularly women with refugee experience, in their journey towards employment. Through practical training, individual development, and socio-pedagogical support, we create opportunities and enhance sustainable employability.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional instruction and qualification to employees in the internal production (cooking, preserving, canning, fermenting) and at external sales points (e.g., weekly markets).
- Offer socio-pedagogical support for stabilization, motivation, and development of employees.
- Foster key competencies such as teamwork, communication, and resilience.
- Provide work-integrated learning support ('learning on the job').
- Conduct profiling, aptitude assessments, and individual development planning.
- Support application processes and actively assist with labor market integration.
- Collaborate with cooperation and network partners.
- Independently contribute to order acquisition (identifying, approaching, and coordinating suitable orders) and to the economic planning, implementation, and further development of the social enterprise.
Requirements
- Completed university degree (Bachelor's) or equivalent.
- Required training in gastronomy/hotel industry.
- Additional pedagogical or socio-pedagogical qualification (e.g., AEVO).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in employment promotion, coaching, or instruction is desirable.
- Strong passion for working with people and a respectful, professional approach to participants from diverse social and cultural backgrounds.
- Ability to build trust, motivate, and communicate clearly and empathetically.
- Structured, meticulous work style with proficiency in documentation, monitoring, and administrative tasks.
- Social entrepreneurial thinking and action, along with business acumen.
- Knowledge of standard PC technology and office software, especially MS Office.
- Valid driver's license.
