About the Role
As a technical instructor, you will provide professional and social support to project employees within the framework of publicly funded employment, actively shape work processes, and contribute to the further development of the project at several Berlin locations. The project combines digital participation, resource conservation, and labor market integration by lending out technology and operating several digital cafes to support people in accessing digital services while creating publicly funded employment.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical instruction and support to project employees in technology lending and digital cafes.
- Conduct individual, group, and development discussions.
- Onboard employees into workflows, processes, and customer service.
- Promote professional competencies and employability.
- Support the development of career prospects and transitions into the labor market.
- Manage conflicts and assist participants with personal and workplace-related challenges.
- Coordinate and further develop workflows in technology lending.
- Support locations in implementing project offerings.
- Monitor and ensure quality standards.
- Plan and conduct team meetings.
- Document development processes and project results.
- Participate in evaluations, reports, and project goal achievement.
- Maintain and expand contacts with educational and employment providers.
- Conduct on-site visits with cooperation partners.
- Assist in creating informational and promotional materials.
- Participate in public relations and network activities.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or a degree in education, social work, labor market policy, or a comparable field.
- Experience in instructing, qualifying, or supporting individuals with support needs.
- Ideally, experience in labor market, employment, or qualification projects.
- Good knowledge of common MS Office applications.
- Knowledge of website maintenance and social media (Instagram, WhatsApp) is an advantage.
- Interest in digital topics and technical workflows.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Empathy, conflict resolution skills, and organizational talent.
