About the Role

Unique AI is building a secure generative AI platform for the financial sector, aiming to revolutionize the industry with an AI Automated workforce. We are seeking a Forward Deployed Data Scientist to work directly with clients, developing AI Agents using our SDK.

Responsibilities

• Spend time on-site with clients (3-4 days/week) to maximize platform value and provide hands-on support.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth integration and adoption of GenAI solutions.
• Assist clients in building AI Agents using our SDK.
• Collaborate with internal product and engineering teams to tailor solutions to client-specific requirements.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a data scientist.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, including tool calling, low-level experimentation, and prompt engineering for customer use cases.
• Proven experience developing and deploying GenAI solutions in production environments.
• Hands-on experience with AI Agents is a plus.
• Expertise in financial services environments (private banking, wealth/asset management, insurance) is a plus.
• History of successfully delivering projects for clients by translating customer requirements into tailored solutions.
• Exceptional communication and documentation skills, comfortable working with technical and business stakeholders.
• Fluent in English.
• Must live in or around NY.
• Must have a valid work permit.
• Willingness to visit clients on-site within the USA.
