About the Role
As a member of the Sales Education Development Group, you will contribute to improving the productivity of the entire sales department by conducting training and planning, creating, and launching training materials for the sales division.
Responsibilities
- Support planning and execution of BAU training (new hires, mid-career hires, talent portfolio, management, etc.)
- Plan, create, and manage the review process for training and business promotion materials (training materials, recruitment support materials, etc.)
- Plan training and necessary materials for the development of the entire sales department's capabilities.
- Plan business operations and systems that contribute to the sales efficiency of the entire sales department.
Requirements
- Deep understanding or strong interest in the life insurance business.
- Communication skills (communication with DBM channels and communication with stakeholders outside DBM).
- Team player.
- High Japanese language proficiency (level of clear communication even in complex conversations).
- Material creation using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
