About the Role
The Accounts Payable department processes and controls incoming invoices, ensuring payments are accurate, timely, and compliant with internal and external regulations. This involves verifying invoice details, booking liabilities, and managing a smooth payment process.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the verification of invoices for supplies, services, and construction services.
- Gain experience in the commercial processing of invoices with complex scopes.
- Support accounts payable management in customer interactions, including handling dunning notices, credit memos, and consignment billing.
- Collaborate with the team on digitalization projects, such as construction invoice verification and SAP S/4HANA implementation.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a degree program for Industrial Engineering or Business Administration with a focus on Accounting, with at least 16 months remaining.
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken (minimum C1 level).
- Knowledge of SAP.
- Proficient use of MS Office programs, especially Excel.
- Previous exposure to invoice verification.

Salary/Compensations
- €18.03 per hour (Entgeltgruppe 3 TV-N Berlin)
