We are looking for a Real Estate Agent specializing in commercial property leasing to join our rental team.

Independent leasing of commercial spaces and parking spaces in the existing portfolio.
Development and implementation of leasing strategies to reduce vacancy.
Management of the entire leasing process.
Preparation and negotiation of lease agreements in coordination with management and the legal and technical departments.
Creation of calculations, decision proposals, and reports, as well as data maintenance.
Market and competitor observation, as well as maintenance and expansion of the network with tenants, brokers, and business partners.
Organization of handovers and acceptances.

Training in the real estate sector (e.g., Real Estate Agent), degree with a focus on real estate economics, real estate management, or a comparable qualification.
Several years of experience in commercial property leasing.
Good knowledge of lease administration and residential property processes.
Proficient in MS Office and common applications.
Structured, independent way of working and strong communication skills.
Very good German language skills.
Driver's license Class B.
