About the Role

Stancer, a subsidiary of the Free group, is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to develop Machine Learning models for concrete business problems, including customer segmentation, anomaly detection, payment flow monitoring, fraud prevention, and decision support.

Responsibilities

• Develop Machine Learning models for B2B customer segmentation, anomaly detection, payment flow monitoring, fraud prevention, and decision support.
• Design analyses to identify optimization opportunities and improve customer knowledge.
• Conduct audits and identify use cases for generative AI to support teams in adopting new technologies.
• Design data processing and preparation pipelines.
• Deploy, monitor, and improve models in production.
• Create dashboards and steering indicators to track model and activity performance.
• Collaborate with Product, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and Engineering teams to address business challenges.
• Contribute to the dissemination of Data Science best practices and support team members.

Requirements

• Significant experience as a Data Scientist.
• Enjoy collaborating with teams and sharing Data Science best practices.
• Autonomous, proactive, and possess good communication skills.
• General knowledge of the finance sector is a plus.
• English proficiency is an asset.
