About the Role
We are looking for someone with a sense for structure, quality, and convincing offer documents, regardless of their industry background. You will coordinate information, bring people together, and ensure that a tender becomes a convincing offer.
Responsibilities
- Research interesting tenders and new project opportunities
- Review and evaluate tender documents
- Coordinate all parties involved for timely offer preparation
- Compile professional offer documents, both in content and graphics
- Coordinate with our specialist departments and support presentations
- Oversee the entire offer process until the order is awarded
Requirements
- Experience in creating and coordinating complex offers or tenders
- Structured, meticulous, and independent way of working
- Organizational talent and enjoyment in coordinating multiple topics simultaneously
- Strong communication skills in interacting with internal and external contacts
- Analytical thinking and a good sense for understandable, convincing documents
- Experience with award procedures (e.g., VgV) is an advantage, but not a requirement
- Knowledge of the construction industry is welcome – we also expressly welcome applications from other industries
