About the Role

MONCLER is seeking an experienced Stock Controller for their Berlin Kudamm Store. This part-time role (32 hours per week) requires impeccable presentation, enthusiasm, motivation, and strong organizational skills to manage back-of-house operations and support the sales team in achieving individual and team targets.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver all warehouse operations with the highest standards of efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring product availability for clients.
  • Organize and maintain the stockroom efficiently, monitor product rotations, new arrivals, and changes.
  • Manage product replenishment and stock activities, including cyclic counts, inventories, and stockroom maintenance.
  • Ensure regular counts are conducted and discrepancies are reported to the line manager.
  • Handle customer repair requests and complaints, ensuring adherence to after-sales procedures.
  • Support colleagues with administrative activities.
  • Participate in operative activities to ensure store efficiency.
  • Ensure company policies, procedures, and standards are adhered to.
  • Actively cooperate during inventory preparation and execution.
  • Collaborate with the store team, engaging in Moncler’s vision and mission to strengthen the company community.
  • Provide the best service throughout the selling ceremony, including welcoming, understanding needs, assisting with try-ons, cross-selling, and directing customers to other departments.
  • Ensure a unique client experience and build lasting relationships through all phases of the selling ceremony, after-sales, and clienteling.
  • Achieve excellent selling performances and results.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in structured Fashion Luxury/Retail Companies is a plus.
  • Fast-paced and well-organized.
  • Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity.
  • Experienced using RIFD is preferable.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Autonomy, independence, and high self-motivation.
  • Willingness to evolve within the organization and flexibility for business best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Fluency in German and English; another language is a plus.
  • Digitally aware and open to new ways of working.
