About the Role

We are actively in search of a Nurse Practitioner (or licensed Physician Assistant) for our Skilled Nursing team. Another crucial focus is treating in place when possible and reducing unnecessary hospitalizations.

Responsibilities

• Assures delivery of quality care services to all patients in a respectful and professional manner.
• Performs therapeutic procedures by administering injections and immunizations, suturing, and managing wounds and infections.
• Instructs and counsels patients by describing therapeutic regimens and giving normal growth and development information.

Requirements

• Must have a New York NP OR PA license.
• Prior SNF experience preferred but not required.
