About the Role

We are seeking a Physician Assistant or licensed Nurse Practitioner to join our Skilled Nursing team, focusing on treating patients in place and reducing unnecessary hospitalizations.

Responsibilities

• Assure delivery of quality care services to patients in a respectful and professional manner.
• Perform therapeutic procedures including injections, immunizations, suturing, and wound management.
• Instruct and counsel patients regarding therapeutic regimens and development information.

Requirements

• Must be licensed in New York as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.
• Prior Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred.
