About the Role

We are looking for an engaged and experienced sales expert for process automation in the insurance industry, focusing on inbound and outbound management as well as claims management. You will be part of a team of experts dedicated to advancing customer projects with a deep understanding of the insurance industry and technology.

Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the sales of automation solutions in the insurance industry, with a special focus on automation in inbound and outbound management as well as claims management.
• You generate leads through your existing network as well as through targeted campaigns and present our solution offering in customer meetings and at events.
• You identify and qualify sales opportunities and develop targeted sales strategies for their successful closure.
• You work routinely with our CRM system and confidently apply common sales methodologies in managing your sales opportunities.
• You continuously develop the solution offering for the insurance industry in the area of process automation together with your colleagues, always considering customer and market requirements.
• Close collaboration and coordination with stakeholders on the customer side, with our partners, and within our company are a matter of course for you and part of your daily business.

Requirements

• You have successfully completed a degree, for example in (business) informatics, economics, insurance studies, or a comparable qualification.
• You have strong sales skills and the ability to independently manage the entire sales process – from lead generation to successful closure.
• You have proven ability to build and maintain extensive networks long-term.
• You already have an extensive network and maintain existing contacts with decision-makers in the insurance industry.
• You possess sound knowledge in the area of process automation in the insurance industry, particularly in relation to inbound and outbound management processes as well as claims management.
• Your high self-motivation and team-oriented work style, combined with your strong self-organization, complete your profile.
