About the Role

Anaplan is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive in the financial industry to drive sales and account management for complex technology solutions. This role involves proposing Anaplan's flexible platform to key decision-makers, focusing on enhancing business decision-making through AI-infused scenario planning and analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Identify business challenges and propose Anaplan solutions for major strategic accounts in the financial industry.
  • Conduct strategic presentations to C-level executives (CEO, CFO, CRO, CIO, Supply Chain, HR leaders).
  • Develop and drive account plans and opportunity management processes.
  • Utilize Anaplan's value-based sales methodology for sales activities and accurate business forecasting.
  • Identify and expand cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
  • Develop strategic sales plans and execute accurate revenue forecasts.
  • Collaborate with sales development, marketing, solution consultants, and customer success teams.

Requirements

  • Over 8 years of experience in consultative sales of SaaS solutions to Fortune 2000 companies.
  • Proven experience selling to C-level stakeholders.
  • Track record of successfully closing multiple large deals with an Annual Contract Value (ACV) of over 100 million JPY.
  • Strong executive network with clients and partners.
  • Experience coordinating and driving complex internal and external teams.
  • Connections and experience with department heads to C-level executives in the financial industry.
  • Deep understanding and sales experience in the financial industry.
  • Business knowledge and practical experience in supply chain, finance, HR, sales & marketing planning, processes, and decision-making.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Native-level Japanese proficiency (spoken and written).
