About the Role

Patrol all areas of the property, secure rooms, and assist guests with room access. Conduct emergency response drills, safety inspections, investigations, and key control audits. Monitor security systems, authorize access to secured areas, and assist guests and employees during emergencies. Respond to accidents, administer first aid/CPR, and complete reports while maintaining confidentiality. Defuse disturbances, resolve safety hazards, handle interruptions and complaints, and escort unwelcome persons from the property. Ensure compliance with alcoholic beverage control laws and use proper code responses. Assist management in training, motivating, and coaching employees, serving as a role model and first point of contact for the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy process.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • 4-5 years of related work experience
  • 4-5 year of supervisory experience
  • Some states may have additional licensing/registration requirements
