About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Advisor, HR Analytics to support operational reporting, develop dashboards and data visualizations, and uncover analytical insights to inform HR programs and workforce planning. This role offers the opportunity to develop technical and analytical capabilities by working with large datasets, translating business requirements into actionable insights, and supporting strategic analytics solutions. You will gain exposure to key HR areas by collaborating with HR COEs and business leaders.
Responsibilities
- Provide reporting and analytics expertise to support clients in the Human Resources Branch, in analyzing business and data needs and developing appropriate reporting solutions, analytics tools and applications.
- Develop complete system specifications to represent required applications logic, data flows and analytical requirements.
- Design, test and implement new systems and maintain and enhance existing systems.
- Utilize the full capabilities of the HR Data Environment to ensure the effectiveness of systems and related deliverables.
- Provide technical support, training and expertise to clients to ensure their effective use of reporting tools, analytics solutions and HR information systems.
- Maintain a high degree of expertise in HR reporting tools and analytics technologies as it is applied to Human Resources Information Systems.
- Prepare and maintain system documentation, user guides, reporting procedures and data definitions.
- Work with analysts and technical teams and business partners to maintain the overall integrity of our data environment.
- Keep abreast of new developments in analytics, reporting, automation and information technologies.
