About the Role

The Learning Programs Coordinator will join the education team to provide hands-on coordination and participant support for certificate programs and workshops. This role serves as a primary point of contact for registrants, ensuring a positive experience from registration through program completion.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a responsive point of contact for program registrants via email and phone.
  • Coordinate and distribute program communications, including welcome messages, learning materials, and reminders.
  • Monitor registrations, track attendance, and manage cancellations and transfers.
  • Collaborate with speakers to gather and distribute learning materials.
  • Prepare and distribute certificates upon program completion.
  • Provide logistical and technical support during virtual, hybrid, and in-person programs.
  • Distribute post-program surveys and compile participant feedback.
  • Maintain accurate program and registrant records within internal systems.
  • Collaborate with the Education team to support program delivery and identify administrative improvements.

Requirements

  • College diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in administration, customer service, program coordination, or event support.
  • Experience responding to member or client enquiries via email and phone.
  • Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records in a CRM or database.
  • Experience with administrative coordination tasks such as scheduling and document distribution.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work occasionally outside regular business hours or at conference facilities.
