We are seeking casual team members who are friendly, driven, and ready to deliver a standout customer experience. You will be the face of the brand, welcoming customers, assisting them in finding products, and maintaining store presentation.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service that keeps people coming back
- Meet sales goals and support team KPIs
- Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation to brand standards
- Assist with stock unpacking, replenishment, and organisation
- Work well in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
- Bring energy, reliability, and a can-do attitude to every shift
Requirements
- A genuine passion for customer service and retail
- Great communication skills and a team-first mindset
- Previous retail or customer-facing experience (preferred but not essential)
