Responsibilities
- Deliver participant-centered care, guided by our core values
- Support NDIS and Aged Care participants across a varied and meaningful caseload
- Work across homes, clinics, and community settings, building long-term relationships and seeing the progress you help create
Requirements
- Full General AHPRA registration
- Driver’s license and own vehicle
- NDIS Worker Screening, Working With Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Minimum of 4 years post grad experience
