About the Role
As a Technology Change Manager, you will play a key role in helping AMP successfully deliver technology and cyber change across a complex business environment. You will be responsible for designing and delivering change management strategies, plans, and activities that support both project and BAU initiatives, ensuring stakeholders are engaged, business readiness is understood, and the transition into new ways of working is well-managed. This is a highly influential role where you will work closely with project teams, delivery teams, senior technology leaders, business stakeholders, and change leaders to identify impacts, manage resistance, assess adoption, and support successful implementation. You will help ensure technology change is delivered in a structured, thoughtful, and sustainable way — bringing together change methodology, stakeholder engagement, communication, risk management, and continuous improvement to drive meaningful outcomes across AMP’s Technology business.
