About the Role
As an Associate Director within Technology and Cyber Risk Assurance, you will advise clients on cyber security strategy, programmes, resilience, controls, compliance, and emerging technologies. You will benefit from ongoing coaching, career mentoring, and a structured career pathway to develop market-leading skills and advance your professional development.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach high-performing teams, including resource management, recruitment, and development.
- Provide high-value and quality delivery to clients by leading teams that offer specialist cyber services and advice.
- Drive external market activities and identify new business opportunities.
- Develop client relationships by creating proposals that demonstrate capability to meet client needs.
- Manage client relationships in conjunction with Partners to ensure timely and profitable delivery.
- Oversee the ongoing management of cyber services, including capability development and quality assurance.
Requirements
- Significant experience delivering cyber security assurance and advisory services.
- Strong external profile and extensive network of contacts across industry.
- Proven experience in winning new business and leveraging existing client relationships.
- Experience in creating and developing client relationships to win work and increase revenue.
- Experience in creating new business proposals and responding to RFPs.
- Experience in managing engagements end-to-end in a professional service context.
- Experience in delivering security leadership services such as vCISO.
- Business and commercial minded approach.
- Passion for continuing a career in technology, cyber, risk management, and providing defensive and offensive cyber services.
