About the Role
We are seeking a talented Sous Chef or Chef de Partie to take ownership of corporate kitchen operations, crafting dishes from scratch and leading a team to deliver exceptional quality daily.
Responsibilities
- Food preparation and cooking
- Maintaining a high standard of food hygiene, safety, infection control and cleanliness in accordance with Compass standards
- Friendly customer service
- Function work and large volume cooking
- Stocktake and control
- HACCP compliance, food safety procedures and OH&S regulations
- General kitchen and cleaning duties as required
Requirements
- Minimum Cert III Chef trade qualification
- An understanding of Café style food advantageous
- Highly organised and energetic hands on leader
- Passionate about healthy and nutritious eating with food safety and allergen management compliance.
- Experience in function work and large volume kitchen preferable
- Confident in OH&S regulations, food safety & HACCP compliance
- Willing to work mornings and evenings

Salary/Compensations
- $78,000 Annual Salary + 12% Super
