About the Role
Support the successful delivery of podium works on a landmark commercial development, working closely with the site team, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to drive safe, high-quality, and efficient construction outcomes. Coordinate trade activities, monitor programme performance, support procurement, and ensure project documentation, quality assurance, and HSE requirements are met.

Requirements
- Experience in a Project Engineer or similar site-based construction role, ideally within a main contractor environment on complex commercial, mixed-use or major building projects
- Strong planning, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced site environment
- Collaborative working style
- Confidence to build trusted relationships with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
- Genuine commitment to safety, quality, and delivering work that creates long-term value for customers and communities
