About the Role
Support the delivery of critical infrastructure projects while building your project management career with an industry-leading technology organisation.
Responsibilities
- Support the initiation, setup and administration of new projects and programs.
- Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas and distribute minutes and action items.
- Track project actions, milestones, deliverables and reporting requirements.
- Compile and distribute project documentation in accordance with BAI project management methodologies.
- Maintain project records, databases, documentation libraries and reporting systems.
- Support site access requests, outage planning activities and project compliance requirements.
- Create purchase requisitions and process invoices through company systems.
- Assist with project scheduling, risk and issue management, budget releases and work order creation.
- Conduct project reporting and work-in-progress activities to support project governance.
- Manage and deliver smaller projects while maintaining agreed scope, budget, schedule and quality outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, contractors, consultants and suppliers to ensure projects run smoothly.
Requirements
- Experience in project coordination, project administration or a similar project support role.
- Ability to manage project documentation, reporting, schedules and key project records.
- Familiarity with project management frameworks, governance processes and project lifecycles.
- Strong capability across Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Experience using project management information systems, PPM platforms or similar project tools.
- Confidence preparing reports, analysing project information and maintaining project data accuracy.
- Ability to interpret procedural documentation and apply established processes.
- Experience coordinating multiple activities across concurrent projects and stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the business.
- Sound problem-solving skills and the ability to remain organised in a busy, deadline-driven environment.
