About the Role
Introba is seeking Electrical Engineers at multiple levels to join growing teams in NSW and VIC. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to meaningful, high-quality building services projects in a collaborative and purpose-led environment, whether you are an emerging engineer, an experienced professional, or a senior/associate-level candidate.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design and delivery of electrical systems for building services projects across various sectors.
- Prepare, review, and coordinate electrical design documentation, calculations, specifications, and reports.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, architects, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Apply Australian Standards, the National Construction Code, and engineering judgment to deliver compliant solutions.
- Support sustainable, resilient, and low-carbon design outcomes.
- Lead project delivery, manage scope, program, and quality, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to client relationships and business development (for senior candidates).
Requirements
- A recognised qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Experience in building services electrical design, consulting, or project delivery.
- Knowledge of Australian Standards, electrical design principles, and the National Construction Code.
- Experience with Revit and relevant electrical calculation/design tools (e.g., PowerCAD, AGi32) is highly regarded.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Chartered status, NER registration, or eligibility for professional accreditation is favorable for senior roles.
