About the Role

Sedgwick is seeking a Project Administrator to support the Major Projects and Strata Remedial team. This role involves coordinating project activities, managing documentation, and ensuring compliance within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project activities, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Maintain project documentation including action logs, risk and issue registers, status reports, and governance records.
  • Schedule and facilitate project meetings, workshops, steering committees, and stakeholder communications.
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, resource allocations, and financial tracking.
  • Support risk, issue, dependency, and change management processes.
  • Administer project tools and reporting dashboards while identifying process improvements.

Requirements

  • Strong project coordination and administrative expertise.
  • Knowledge of project governance, reporting, and financial tracking.
  • Experience supporting Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project environments.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Successful completion of reference checks and mandatory background checks, including a police check and work rights verification.
