About the Role
Sedgwick is seeking a Project Administrator to support the Major Projects and Strata Remedial team. This role involves coordinating project activities, managing documentation, and ensuring compliance within a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
- Maintain project documentation including action logs, risk and issue registers, status reports, and governance records.
- Schedule and facilitate project meetings, workshops, steering committees, and stakeholder communications.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, resource allocations, and financial tracking.
- Support risk, issue, dependency, and change management processes.
- Administer project tools and reporting dashboards while identifying process improvements.
Requirements
- Strong project coordination and administrative expertise.
- Knowledge of project governance, reporting, and financial tracking.
- Experience supporting Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project environments.
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Successful completion of reference checks and mandatory background checks, including a police check and work rights verification.
