About the Role

The Head of Transformation will lead the enterprise transformation agenda, building and evolving the Transformation Office while driving the delivery of digital, governance, and strategic change initiatives to strengthen the operating platform and enable future growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement transformation strategy aligned with organizational objectives and values.
  • Build and evolve the Transformation Office, including governance frameworks, policies, and delivery disciplines.
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of transformation programs, including scoping, planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Lead a portfolio of digital, governance, and strategic initiatives.
  • Drive the adoption of technology and digital solutions to streamline processes and improve data analytics.
  • Identify inefficiencies and opportunities to improve change planning and delivery.
  • Assess and mitigate risks while ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Lead and oversee multi-disciplinary delivery teams, including internal staff and external partners.
  • Engage senior stakeholders to communicate priorities and build alignment.
  • Manage transformation portfolio budgets, vendor performance, and commercial reporting.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience leading transformational initiatives in the financial services industry.
  • Demonstrated experience leading digital transformation outcomes through an enterprise program or transformation office.
  • Experience designing and establishing transformation offices, including governance and delivery frameworks.
  • Strong program portfolio and project management capability.
  • Deep experience managing dependencies, vendors, and commercial arrangements.
  • Strong understanding of change management methodologies, process optimization, and technology integration.
  • Proven ability to influence senior executives, Boards, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Ability to balance commercial ambition with disciplined governance.
