About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage boutique inventory, including stock movement, deliveries, and shipments.
- Process all inventory counts according to procedures (daily, spot, periodic, annual).
- Monitor the inventory status of all products.
- Re-label all products after price changes.
- Handle all cash procedures and manage holdings.
- Manage payments, deposits, refunds, and tax-exempt situations.
- Serve as the primary contact for back-office operations with finance, general affairs, IT, and logistics departments.
- Manage documentation (referencing discounts, deposits, complimentary items, and exchanges for internal audits).
- Reconcile credit card statements with internal accounting records.
- Organize product delivery and export status.
- Purchase consumables and pay invoices.
- Manage back-office customer service procedures.
- Manage product movements between the boutique and the platform.
- Review inventory for customer service (e.g., leather straps, damaged jewelry for maintenance).
- Manage transaction status for customer service.
- Participate in all DARE training as the primary DARE user for the boutique.
- Learn all necessary DARE functions and train boutique staff.
- Support boutique staff with system issues and liaise with the IT team on behalf of the boutique.
- Handle customer service (including sales) as needed based on store operations.
Requirements
- Experience in inventory management.
- Experience in cash handling and financial procedures.
- Familiarity with back-office operations and documentation management.
- Experience in customer service procedures.
- Willingness to learn and train others on new systems (DARE project).
- Ability to support staff with system troubleshooting.
