About the Role

As a Director, Construction Consultancy at Linesight, you will lead experienced teams, build on industry experience, and contribute to business strategy. We empower, support, and enable you to take charge of your career progression with mentorship from industry leaders.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key account manager for the team in Japan, developing client relationships based upon partnership and trust.
• Use business development skills to engage new clients as well as repeat projects with existing clients.
• Oversee key strategic client projects.
• Apply management experience to guide your team to achieve all project deliverables within contract performance measures.
• Foster top performance and growth for employees via excellent mentorship and leadership.
• Lead your team to deliver impeccable quality and client value.

Requirements

• Strong operational and team management experience in a dynamic consultancy environment.
• Developed leadership capabilities over the past 15+ years.
• Experience working on large, complex construction projects, ideally with exposure to the data centre sector.
• Track record in successfully leading meetings with clients and other key stakeholders.
• Excellent communicator verbally and in writing.
• Ability to thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun.
