About the Role

As a Business Development Representative at PACE, you will drive new business by booking qualified meetings for Advisors. This high-activity, outbound role is designed for motivated individuals looking to build a long-term sales career with support from leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business through outbound calls to qualified prospects using provided leads
  • Operate in an outbound environment meeting daily call expectations and performance targets
  • Generate interest and uncover decision-making criteria to book qualified meetings for Advisors
  • Identify prospect benefits landscape details including group size, renewal dates, and current carriers
  • Build relationships with decision-makers through strategic outreach and professional follow-ups
  • Achieve weekly activity and meeting benchmarks with coaching support
  • Maintain an organized pipeline and activity records within the CRM system

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of sales experience with proven results
  • Experience with outbound calling, prospecting, or appointment setting
  • Comfortable with daily outbound calls and performance metrics
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Self-starter who is organized, goal-driven, and coachable
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
