About the Role
Orangetheory Fitness is seeking Group Fitness professionals to lead coach-inspired, science-backed, and technology-tracked workouts. Coaches prioritize members, making them an integral part of the studio community and inspiring them to be their best selves.
Responsibilities
- Leading and motivating members through pre-designed workouts
- Working in a fast-paced group fitness setting
- Multitasking to ensure all class participants have a high-quality experience
- Helping members set and achieve goals
- Working with the sales team to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout
- Ensuring members use correct form and offering corrections
- Understanding the science behind workouts, specifically heart-rate focused training
- Demonstrating usage for every piece of equipment
- Being a team player
Requirements
- Group Fitness and/or Personal Training certification
- CPR/AED/First Aid certification
