About the Role
At Wingstop Canada, we are seeking a General Manager to lead store operations, motivate the team, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. This role requires a strong leader with a passion for food and a knack for business management in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all store operations, from front counter to kitchen.
- Ensure quality of food and delivery of exceptional customer service.
- Achieve sales targets, manage budgets, and control costs.
- Recruit, train, and motivate the store team.
- Identify opportunities for store improvement and growth.
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a General Manager, Restaurant Manager, or Multi-Unit Leader in a high-volume hospitality environment.
- Experience in both back-of-house and full-service front-of-house management is a plus.
- Strong business acumen with proven ability to drive sales, control costs, and maximize profitability.
- Demonstrated ability to build a strong, motivated team and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Passion for food and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- Ability to problem-solve and remain calm under pressure during peak hours.
