About the Role
Lead high-energy, FUN 30-60 minute sessions using our curriculum. Every session should be engaging, safe, and filled with encouragement. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in childcare, preschool, camps, recreation programs, or youth education.
Responsibilities
- Lead high-energy, FUN 30-60 minute sessions using our curriculum.
- Ensure every session is engaging, safe, and filled with encouragement.
- Follow on-site protocols and create a safe, inclusive environment.
- Build relationships with children, use positive reinforcement, and bring genuine warmth to every class.
- Arrive prepared, on time, and ready to lead a structured class.
- Communicate clearly, follow policies, and work independently.
- Bring BIG enthusiasm to active, energetic, and fun sessions.
- Travel to class locations throughout Westchester County.
Requirements
- A passion for positively impacting children ages 2-8
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Willingness to travel to class locations throughout Westchester County
- Ability to complete and pass our background check
- Completion of our comprehensive, paid training program to become Soccer Shots certified
