About the Role

Mental Health Practitioners is a growing psychiatric practice seeking a dedicated PMHNP to join our team. We offer a unique model focused on clinician ownership, a supportive team environment, and protected time for professional development, differentiating ourselves from high-volume, impersonal telepsychiatry. Our goal is to be a leading practice for both receiving and providing high-quality psychiatric care.

Responsibilities

Provide psychiatric care to adult patients.
Conduct 60-minute evaluations and 30-minute follow-ups, with flexibility for longer sessions when needed.
Participate in weekly team meetings for case discussion and peer support.
Engage in weekly paid continuing education sessions.
Collaborate with a virtual assistant for administrative tasks and CURES report review.

Requirements

Active California PMHNP license in good standing.
Board-certified PMHNP.
Active California DEA license.
2+ years of post-licensure outpatient psychiatric experience.
New graduates are not eligible for this role.
