This senior hands-on engineering role focuses on enhancing, stabilizing, and extending our existing vendor OMS platform (CRD) and its integrations across front, middle, and back office systems. Our strategy is to leverage and evolve our vendor platform, engineering robustness, improving workflows, and reducing operational friction in a live production environment. You will work closely with traders, compliance, operations, and global technology teams to deliver pragmatic, incremental improvements that increase stability, transparency, and time-to-market. Success requires strong production engineering discipline, comfort operating within vendor platform constraints, and a mindset focused on reliability and long-term platform evolution.

- Improve platform observability, logging, monitoring, and operational resilience
- Build and maintain integrations across front-, middle-, and back-office systems (allocations, matching, confirmations, reconciliations, daily P&L)
- Work iteratively with trading desks and operations to deliver small, safe, high-impact improvements
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, release management, and automation
- Reduce manual processes and operational risk through thoughtful engineering

- Recent hands-on experience delivering and supporting CRD OMS in a buy-side production environment
- Strong C# / .NET engineering experience building and supporting production services
